Newton house 

Newton house is a brand new luxurious holiday home available from October 2022! It is situated in a rural farming village just 7 miles from both Bridlington and filey, with Scarborough within east reach too. the village itself has two duck ponds, village pub, shop and an historical church. Conveniently positioned as only 3 miles from the nearest beach and miles and miles of countryside to explore with being in the Yorkshire wolds. It is 3 bedroomed, 2 double and 1 single room, and has some lovely features such as a double end bath, walk in shower, log burner, patio area and large garden, driveway for 3 cars etc We have a summer room too from where lovely sunsets can be seen, under floor heated too for the cooler nights. All our sofas are fully reclinable and have usb points too.  We also provide travel cot high chair safety gate and fire guard and all in a brand new condition Prices start from as little as 100 pounds per night for a party of 5 !
